2:13 am - does anybody still read these?

whelp, it's 2:14 in the mornin and i'm bored. i haven't update this thing in a good ol' while cause i honestly just haven't felt the need to and plus, i don't think anybody really reads these anymore. myspace has taken over. it's all good though. just got done sketchin out some figure lines that i'm gonna try to complete after i get some rest and my mind refreshed. i saw brian matyas tonight which was really cewel. i haven't seen him in what seems like forever.. like a year and a half i think. well anyway, he brought some of his art with him and it was fuckin awesome. i was jokin around saying that i was never gonna draw again because his stuff was really good but honestly, it just kinda fueled the fire that has just been simmering as of late. it inspired me to one up him and make some kickass stuff myself. it's kindof an unspoken friendly rivalry that has always gone on between us artist... somebody lays something down kickass, it's up to you to one up them. it's a very respectful thing because we all love each other and want to see the next person succeed and all that good stuff. laura's was down here at brandi's the other night and she took a hell of alot of photos of me, brandi, matt, chris and her boyfriend kyle. it's was cewel cause she's an awesome photographer and i know she did us justice. when we were over there tonight, she was developin them in her bathroom but i didn't get to see any of them. before matyas, chad and chris came over, laura, kyle, brandi and i, all went to walmart cause laura needed some things. it was kinda fun i guess. me and brandi don't really hang around alot of couples and it was just kinda cewel i guess to all be in the same boat. nothin against our single friends or anything. i'll love it when they have a significant other as well. laura brought up the whole "what are you gonna do with your life" question to me... honestly, i'm tired of hearin it. i know she only had concern when she asked but it's not like i need remindin, you know? alot of people have brought that up to me lately and it kinda scares me that i don't know what i wanna do for the rest of my life and i just don't want it brought up anymore. be concerned and look out for my well-being. that love and support will be much appreciated, but just don't ask that question anymore. it's all good though. right now, i'm tryin to get a job with matt doin landscaping. that all depends on if they get more work. they get more work, i get hired... they don't, i don't. but i will be pretty busy coming up cause my parents and my brother are moving and i'll be helpin them with moving and building up stuff on the land. it'll be good to actually do something instead of be bored most of the day. aight, i'm rambling now. til next time.

it's been awhile since i've updated but i'm sittin here bored with absolutely nothin to do and nobody to talk to and i need to vent. so i've been down here in rockhill for awhile with brandi... everybody who reads this probably knows that already. well she got a roommate a couple of weeks ago. at first i tried to be nice when i got asked how she was.. well not anymore. the girl is FUCKING stupid! she's not a few french fries short of a happy meal, she's missin all the fries and like half the burger. hell, probably the only thing in there is that piece of shit toy that gets kids all excited about. she talks and talks and talks, but doesn't listen to anything anyone else says. all she's talked about is her boyfriend and how much she hated being in belgum last year. newsflash... i don't care. i didn't ask about either... but i was being nice, you know? i can be civil and plus this was brandi's roommate. i don't want problems between them. but goddamn this girl is dumb. her boyfriend pretty much stays over here so i don't need her givin me a play by play of his life. A) i don't care and B) i have 2 eyes of my own... i can see when he's there or when he's not. she felt the need monday night when we got there, to get outta bed, inform us that he wasn't gettin off until 3 and then go back to bed. WHO CARES!?!? the dude seems ok but i don't give a shit and i pretty sure brandi doesn't either. and don't get me started on the kitchen. the girl is just not clean. it was clean before she moved in and now it's not. she used all of brandi's expensive clorox wipes to wipe up something a little water and a paper towel could have cleaned. she used up all of the dishwasher soap things and doesn't look like she gonna get anymore cause she left all her dishs in the sink over the weekend we weren't here and and all the dirty ones in the dishwasher. there is some liquid soap down there that was actually mine that i gave to brandi but i guess she's too stupid to realize what that was. she used brandi's wax paper(which is used to go under pastries and things like that so it won't stick)to cover a blue berry pie that she left sittin out when there was plastic wrap right next to it and would have been the obvious choice for anyone who has a brain. i went out there this mornin and the sink is full of dishes that are brandi's but she didn't use them. my thing is, if you're gonna use someone else's dishes to cook or eat off of, that's fine, just clean them and put them away when you are done. the shit better be clean by the time i get ready to fix mine and brandi's supper.and finally to top it off, i opened up the microwave to heat my lunch and there sat the blueberry pie. but yeah... the pie is in a fuckin aluminum pie pan and it's in the microwave! did she heat it up in there? has anyone caught on to what i'm sayin here? she doesn't lock the door when she comes in or leaves... it was midnight and i go out there and the doors unlocked. somebody needs to just put this poor bitch outta her misery. oh yeah and one of my movies is missin. i left a note on the tv out there(my tv) sayin that i didn't care if my moives where watched, they just needed to be put back where they came from when you were finished. we'll see where that goes from there. i ain't playin with that shit.

2:29 am - apparently i'm a rockstar...

it's been some time. i find that i'm unmotivated about updatin this thing as much as some should who takes the time to have one. actually it does seem that MYSPACE has pretty much killed this site and other ones like it. anyway... notta lot goin on. went to a party at my sister's last weekend and had a pretty good time. made a few people never question me when i say "lets go cause the cops are about to show up". i just have a knack for these things. it was fun regardless.
this saturday coming up is brandi's formal. it's a Delta Omicron(her sorority or fraternity... whatever they say it is) and Phi Mu Alpha(the gay one i almost joined) joint event. so while there will be a few people there that i will not care to see *cough* john welch *cough* it's all good. i have the hottest date ever. i'm actually excited because like an idiot, i never went to the prom highschool. neither junior nor senior... it sucks cause lookin back, i would have loved to have gone. junior year... whatever, but my senior one... i really hate that i didn't go. but i knew i couldn't take taylor(who i was datin at the time) and then we broke up and a few other girls that i was interested in already had dates. after the prom was done and over with, girls came outta the wood work sayin that if i had just asked... whatever. i should have gone by myself... but i wanted a date. anyway.. i think this will put some closure on the whole prom thing. this will be more sophisticated and i will share it with the women i love. should be alot of fun.
brandi actually told me something that made me laugh the other day. this dude she knows came up and asked her if she "was still with that army dude". she told him no, that had been over for awhile and the guy was like "oh yeah... your with that ROCKSTAR now"... so apparently i'm a rockstar. i mean, i knew that i was and all, but it was just unexpected is all... funny, but un expected.
if you know me, you know i'm not a big fan of the anime shit you see on tv. actually i'm not a big fan of hardly any of it in any media. i don't think it should be allowed at any of the comic book conventions cause they have gay little anime conventions for just that reason. stupid ass Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon, Inyuhasha and Dragon ball Z(that shit just got old)... it's all just stupid and gay and there are plenty more that i just don't know the goddamn name to... like that Bobo-bobobo-bobobobobo shit.. yes, there really is a show that's name is something like that. but i don't hate it all. there are a few that i actually like... Cowboy Bebop and Trigun(in small doses)... i just like the way they are done. now i'm not sayin that there aren't any more good ones but that's all i've seen until now. i've stumbled across this show on Adult Swim the other night and it was neat. just theway it was done. i was kinda shocked to find out it was that Samuria Champloo show. yeah, the names pretty stupid(i thought it was called Samuria Shampoo for the longest time)but it's pretty good. tonight's episode actually had to do with Vincent van Gogh's inspiration to paint sunflowers all the time. very rarely do you see that in cartoons, especially an anime one. like i said, pretty neat and you should watch it sometime when you get the chance.
so yeah, i think i might go draw some now or go to bed... who knows?

i don't remember being this bored in a long time. i have absolutely nothing to do. myspace doesn't really keep me entertained anymore. brandi was right, most people have neglected this for myspace. this past weekend was really fun. we all haven't done that in awhile and it was good to just stay out all night. of course, a few people were missin but there is plenty of time to get them around. i applied at 3 places on sunday for a job. hopefully i will at least hear from one of them. that's about it. this weekend, i'll be doin relay for life with brandi and then possbily face paintin for somethin else as well. that's about it. just wanted to update.

you ever just feel like cryin but you don't know why? like you sit there while tears swell up in your eyes and you try to blame it on something or someone. "the computer screen is too bright", "seein that photo takes me back"... you can say that but you know in your heart that's not why. you don't know why... maybe it's your body tellin you to clean out your tear ducts. i don't know, but it's happenin right now. i have nothing to be sad about at the moment. i'm with the woman i love and i can look right over from where i'm at and she's right there. she's asleep, but she's right there. i love her so much. i know that i've said that before about a different persons. you can read back in these damn entrys and probably find that i used that word in every relationship i've had. you will probably find that i said that she's the one for me. the truth is... i didn't know shit. i wanted that but i didn't have it. now i have it and i will never let that go. i will cease to function if i was to ever lose it. i can't describe to you the feelin that you get when you feel that your heart is finally complete. i've felt that something was missin my whole life and searched to find it. that's why i was kinda selective with relationships(all 3 of them, not including the one i'm in now) before. it reminds me of the U2 song "i still haven't found what i'm looking for". thats good U2, not that new stuff. if you haven't heard the song, you should. my mom told me that when i was little, i would walk around, apparently for no reason, singin that song. as long as i can remember, that was my favorite song. not anymore... i don't need that song. i've found what i'm lookin for. i am complete. you can mark my words on this. so the tears are not for her. i miss my uncle and even as i type those words my eyes swell up even more and my lip begins to quiver a bit, but i know that the orignal tears were not meant for him. i worry about my grandma livin by her self but they aren't for her. i was just cleanin out my inbox on my deviant art page and stumbled across some disturbin news but the tears are not for him and the situation he's in. we may not see eye to eye, we may not even be friends but i do not wish him ill-will and i would never wish that he'd be seperated from the person he loves. like i said, that's sad but no tears for him. i was on myspace and i had a new friend request. i looked through her friends and saw an ex. i looked at her profile for a minute, just thinkin. but these tears are not in any way for her. i think what i'm worried about is that these tears might be for myself. i am under a ton of stress. i have no job, no money and multiple things to pay for, no real place to live, no liscense... i couldn't finacially support anyone if i needed to right now and that kills me. but i refuse to feel sorry for myself. i refuse to get down in the dumps about it. i lift my head up and soilder on. i'm scared that these tears are for me.... i'm scared that i am growin up too fast. in my life, if an opportunity is presented and i don't take it, it won't ever happen again. i talked to chad's dad lastnight about becomin a police officer. i've pondered on that thought for a good while now. we had a pretty lengthy conversation on it. i think that's what i want to do with my life. but i'm scared... plain and simple. i fear what i can not control and i feel that i can't control my life. on one hand, i need a job... not just a job, a career. something i can hold a family up on. helpin people in some shape, form or fashion is why i was put on this earth. i'm here to make a difference. i know i can do that by becomin a police officer. on the other hand though, i don't wanna grow up. i don't want this responsibility at all. i can't move out again, start a career, start a family and have it all cave in and run back home. i can't run back home ever again period. it scares me because it's already happened twice. i think a part of me feels that by not allowin myself to grow up, i don't have to worry about be such a giant failure later. but i know that's wrong. i can't sit back and do that. i can't give up... i wasn't raised as a quitter. i can't feel sorry for myself when there are others who are worse off than me. i try to look at what i have.... a super family that doesn't hear me say things like that enough, the best fuckin friends in the world(i truley mean that) and the woman of my dreams that has filled that empty void inside me. when i look at things like that, the tears dry up and the fear fades away. but it will always come back. i guess what i need to do is sit down with Dr. fear and Mr. resposibility and have a conversation with them. sit down and really decided which one i will let effect my life in the long run. if you know me, you already know what's gonna happen.

ok... so chaddy and i are doin this thing on our deviant art pages. we are taken 2 characters a week and drawin them in our own style and postin them up. this week we chose, as you can see below, Hellboy and Venom; 2 great characters... 4 awesome pictures. due next week are Hawkeye(from the Avengers) and Storm(from the X-Men). enjoy.

i'd like to say that i follow through with what i start, but i just realized that i very rarely do. if it's super important, of course i do... but for the most part, i don't. i usually get bored with it or i let it beat me, by sayin i can't do it. that's just not me... well it is, but it's not who i wanna be. i wanna be known as someone who can keep up there end of the bargain. i especially do this when it comes to my art. i usually start something and not finish it. hell, i have a picture for chad that i started last christmas that became a birthday present that i still haven't finished a year later for his birthday a year later. but i've decided that it won't happen this time. i have my mind set on new ideas and i'm startin new projects and i will finish them, i will follow through with them.
i have the project that i'm workin on with chris, which i am very excited about because it's completely original idea. we can do whatever we want to with it. if anybody has any interest in seein what i'm talkin about, look to the left of this page in the box and click on the link that says ART. that will take to my art page and you can view what little i have done so far. basically just character designs and all. along with that, we(chad, chris and i.. that's all that i know of so far) are gonna try to come up with some kind of little copy or something of that sorts. i'm not really sure because we have only mentioned this and talked about it briefly. but chad was talkin about designin a web page and we could design a logo that would be featured on projects that we do. it would be really cewel. i have become very passionate about my art again and i feel that i can do this.
i've also become very passionate about something else, still relating to my comic project that i'm workin on. i was searchin on google and i stumbled across custom action figures. it's where people take bits and pieces of actions figures that they have layin around and build thier very on just the way they want them to look. i got to thinkin and i was like i could do that.i could take the characters that i've created for the comic and make custom action figures of them. i have tons of shit that i could mess around with. me and my brother just got finished rummagin through all his stuff to see what i could have and what i couldn't. so far i have quite a bit, but i don't know how much of it i'll actually be able to use when i break them all down and start reassemblin them how i see fit. if anybody has any donations they would like make to the "Lucas is 21 but he's still playin with action figures... but wait he's not really playin with them, he's CREATING with them" foundation, i would much appreciate it. i'll take perfectly fine figures or busted up ones, any type of modeling paints you may have. if anyone has any of that milliput or sculpey stuff they don't want anymore or any types of really strong glue, i'll take it. it would be nice to be able to make an action figure for each person that the character is based off of. but that only depends on how much materials i have. maybe if i'm able to atleast make one set, it can be displayed if/when we are ever anywhere to show off our projects or on the web page if it gets built. if anyone is interested in seein more of what i'm talkin about, check out this website: http://www.jinsaotomesdangeroustoys.com/.

i'm workin on a solo story while i'm waitin for my chris to finish up the writin for the story we are workin on together. my story is still based on the same characters from the other project but i'm just takin one and kinda doin an orgin story. these characters are the nemisises of Daddy Danger. he killed the father Richard Sinercha and they(Vinny, Joey and Tony Sinercha... his sons who lke to call themselves the Sins) killed him... whole 'nother story to that. anyway, here are designs for the masks that they wear... The Devil, The Goblin and The Dragon. i may do a little work on the goblin mask but so far i like the others.
sorry to any Italian's readin but they are part of a mobster family. Richard Sinercha is a crime boss and his sons are a part of his enforcers. there is a story to be told in there but i haven't come up with it yet. anyway, like i said, papa Sinercha got wacked by Danger and the Sins brothers killed him. yes, Danger is alive in the other story but you'll have to read it when it's finished. basically the story i'm workin on follows Danger, after his come back, huntin down the Sinercha boys. wanna know more? gotta wait til i write it.

Christmas has come and gone and it was alright. i was sittin in my kitchen drawin, tryin to get some sketches for the project Chris and i are workin on done. i went out with Brandi and her mother earlier today and i purchased the Fort Minor CD that is basically Mike Shinoda's(from Linkin Park)solo album. as i sat there drawin and listenin, it reminded me very much of why i wanted to get into music at one point of my life and why i wanted to get into the comic buisness at one point of my life. there is one song on there called "High Road". as i listened, it reminded of all the people who doubted me and still do. yeah, i may never get into music and i may never draw one page in a comic but i've already beaten you.when you dissed me and told me i was shit, i never once doubted you... i just aimed to prove you wrong and i have. it's called the high road... try walkin it sometime.
